Terms of Service

Seedtag produces research reports — case files — about products you are considering buying. We do not sell products, take commission from retailers, or act as an agent in your purchase. Verdicts such as BUY, WAIT, SKIP or BETTER OPTIONS EXIST are research opinions, not financial or legal advice.

An account is created when you complete checkout. You must provide accurate details, keep your password confidential (minimum eight characters) and tell us promptly about unauthorised access. Accounts are for a single person or organisation and may not be shared or resold.

The service is paid for in credits. Every price is quoted in credits and the minimum purchase is 50 credits. Credits are prepaid, are consumed when an investigation or add-on service is commissioned, and have no cash value outside the service.

• Credits are released to your balance once payment has cleared.
• Credits do not expire while your account remains active.
• There is no subscription, trial or automatic renewal of any kind.

Bank transfer is currently the only active payment method; card, PayPal and Stripe are announced as coming soon and cannot be selected. Orders are held as pending until the transfer clears, and account functionality remains locked in the meantime. All prices, order totals and discounts are expressed in credits.

First-registration codes give a 5% discount on a first credit purchase, are limited to one use per account, cannot be combined with other offers and may be withdrawn at any time before an order is placed.

You are responsible for the final purchase decision. Case files summarise publicly observable evidence at a point in time; prices, stock, seller behaviour and product revisions change. Always verify critical details with the retailer before paying.

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Automated scraping of case files, resale of reports as your own, and use of the service to defame sellers are prohibited and may lead to suspension.

We own the platform, its models, prompts and presentation. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the case files you commission, including sharing them privately with people involved in the same purchase decision.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the value of the credits you spent on the investigation concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of bargain. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Unused credits are handled under the Refund Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which we are established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
